2. The Company should have a LICENSE for the purchase of Precious Minerals from the Precious Minerals Marketing Company (PMMC), a company set up by law (PNDCL 219) as the mandated assayer.

3. This enables the Company to buy Gold and other Precious Minerals from Small Scale Mining Companies in the Country.

4. The Company must obtain or should show evidence of possessing a Gold Exporting License from the Minerals Commission Ghana (The Commission). This mandate of the Commission is established by an Act of Parliament, [ACT 703] and LI 2173 (2012).

5. The export of Gold is regulated by the Bank of Ghana, the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and the Commission

6. The Commission issues the license after review of application documents with the relevant bodies for a 3year period and renewable upon expiration.
